So on the first of April I took part in the 24HourProject. For those of you that have not heard about it, the 24HourProject is an annual event which started in 2012. It’s a street photography project and the aim is to document the human condition over a 24hr period, posting one photo to Instagram every hour. This year it was in support of Lesvos Solidarity, be sure to check them out.
For anyone that shoots street photography, they know how challenging it is, so to try to come home with 24 “ok” shots in one day is a real challenge let alone good ones. However thats not entirely what this project is about the main thing is getting out there and taking part for a good cause. By the end of the project I had been awake for nearly 40 hours and had walked 35km!
For the entire project I used the XPRO2 with the xf23mm f.2. All shots were taken using the Acros film simulation and processed on my mobile using Snapseed. Be sure to leave me a comment below and let me know what you think. If you took part I would love to hear how it went.
